My Closet Vault gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online *within 7 days* of the purchase date.

All returns must be received *within 7 days* of the purchase date.
Returns are for Store Credit only and issued via email as an E-gift card.
Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging where possible with the tags attached.
FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return. See list below.
Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following business day.

Orders must be placed by 12PM CST to be shipped the same business day.
If an order is placed after 12 PM CST, it will not ship until the next business day.

Standard Orders:
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events, peak shopping days, and holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
Expedited Orders:
Orders MUST be placed by 12PM CST to ship the same business day. Orders placed AFTER 12PM CST will ship NEXT business day. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
Standard Shipping:

Once your order is successfully submitted, it will be ready to ship within 5 business days.
Expedited Shipping: If your order is successfully submitted before 8AM CST on business days (Monday-Friday), then we will work hard to get your order packed and shipped out to you within 1-2 business days! This will delay the rest of the items in your order.
